Does the recipient see my name?
Only if you choose a named reveal or a later reveal. The anonymous option keeps your identity hidden.
What is inside the QR code?
A private access token and route. Answers, clues and identity are not written directly into the printed code.
Can the recipient refuse the gift?
Yes. The reveal includes a support and opt-out path designed to stop unwanted contact.
Can I prepare clues automatically?
Yes. The optional AI assistant can draft a message, accepted answers, hints and a closing note. You review everything before checkout.
Will the 3D box match the real package?
Only products and boxes with verified measurements should be released for production. Admin quality and fit-test screens track that evidence.
Can I edit the surprise after payment?
Contact support immediately. Changes depend on whether the fulfilment team has started preparing the order.
What if delivery fails?
Support will use the sender contact information to arrange another attempt or a permitted alternative.
Does AI receive payment data?
No. The drafting endpoint is designed for the short creative brief only; card and full checkout fields are not sent to it.
