Why we process it
To accept and fulfil orders, deliver gifts, operate the private reveal, prevent abuse, provide support and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.
Access and sharing
Access is limited by role. Delivery partners receive only what is necessary for handover. Service providers must be configured under appropriate contractual and security controls.
Retention and requests
Retention periods must be configured for the production operator. Requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction can be sent to the legal contact shown below.
AI drafting
When you explicitly use the drafting button, only the creative brief needed to generate the requested text is sent to the configured AI provider. Do not place sensitive personal data in that brief.
