Delivery

Addresses, time slots, handover and what happens when delivery is not possible.
Recipient contact
A working recipient phone and complete address are required. The courier note should contain access instructions, not sensitive personal information.
Handover
The courier may confirm successful handover. The QR experience becomes useful after the printed card reaches the recipient.
Failed attempt
If the recipient cannot be reached or access is impossible, support will contact the sender to arrange a permitted next step and possible additional charge.
